Filter Flosser: Cartridge Filter Cleaning Tool

Filter Flosser is constructed of 100% aluminum and attaches to your normal home garden hose. The curved nozzle design provides multiple and concentrated high pressure water streams to reach deep down between the filters pleats for that deep down cleaning.

The Filter Flossers curved nozzle design provides an evenly dispersed high pressure water spray that gets in between the pleats of the cartridge filter, acting like a water pic. Filter Flosser generates a water and air agitation action that works out the dirt deposits down deep between the pleats of the cartridge. The tool can be used in three distinct ways to provide the best cleaning action.

• For general cleaning hold the flosser ½” to 1” away from the filter with the nozzle at a 90° angle to the filters pleats. Wash the filter from top to bottom.
• To clean dirtier areas hold the Filter Flosser 4” to 5” from filter so that the water streams convergence point is trained upon the dirty area. Wash the dirty area until clean.
• To clean built up dirt and debris between the filters pleats hold the Filter Flosser nozzle parallel to the pleats and ½” to 1” away from the filter. Move the Filter Flosser up and down to clean individual pleats from top to bottom.

   

Using the Filter Flosser is easy:

• Attach the Filter Flosser to your home garden hose
• Turn the Filter Flosser’s control switch to the “off” position
• Turn on your water faucet to the highest pressure
• Turn the Filter Flosser’s water control switch to the “on” position to start the spray
