There
is nothing inherently wrong with searching for and using discount pool
supplies. But those who buy these items should be careful to make sure
that they are not using items that could be potentially dangerous.
Below is a list of pool supplies that could be dangerous if not in
top condition. Therefore, if you find these items for discounted prices,
look carefully before purchasing.
• Chlorine – Because chlorine is naturally dangerous if
used the wrong way, it can be even more dangerous if there is something
wrong with it. Unless you know a lot about chlorine, it may be best
to simply avoid looking for chlorine at discounted prices.
• Ladders – Regardless of if you are talking about a ladder
for an above-ground tool, or a below-ground tool, if you are thinking
of buying a discounted ladder, it would be wise to not do so without
being able to take a close look at it first. Things like rust and jagged
edges may not show up well in photos, but you can certainly see these
things when you are face-to-face.
In general, there is nothing wrong with discount pool supplies, but
using discretion when buying is always a good idea.
