Many people don’t think about all of the above ground pool accessories that are needed when a pool is purchased. They think about having a lot of fun, but sometimes forget that without the proper products, there won’t be a lot of fun had.

Some of the accessories that are needed for above ground pools are:

• Chlorine – Sure chlorine has a funny smell to it and sure it can burn your eyes, but unless you want to be swimming in bacteria and risk getting sick, chlorine will be one of the best purchases you can make.
• Filter – Buying a filter is another way to keep the pool clean and clear of things like bugs and leaves and other small items.
• Net – Even if you have a filter that works well, you may want to consider purchasing a net as well. The net will allow you top reach in and scoop away any of the larger debris that a filter may have trouble processing.
• Sand – Before the pool is constructed, and needs to be placed under the base of it. This will help prevent leaks by making sure the pool is on a soft – not sharp – surface.
